About Us
Ward Property Services provides high-quality repair, maintenance and improvement services. My aim is to go above and beyond to cater to each project’s specific needs and to add value at all stages, from planning to completion. From a dripping tap to a full refurbishment, most aspects of home improvement are covered. My commitment is to listen properly and fully understand your requirements, provide a high standard of work, be a pleasure to work with and to leave you feeling that you have received excellent value. I don't advertise and 100 per cent of my work is through recommendation.

Doing a great job is what you might expect, but my aim is to go a bit further.

Having tradespeople in or around your home can be an intrusion and I try to make the whole experience painless and stress-free.

Having someone you can trust in your home makes things a bit more relaxing. I never expect it but most of my clients give me a key. I often carry out work in people's homes while they are on holiday. Some of my regular clients have given me a permanent key.

It is not unusual for me to look after clients' pets during the day if they are out.

I try, wherever possible, to contain work to the area in question. Keeping a tidy, dust-free environment means that normality is resumed when I leave site.
Having just one person on site who is well-mannered and courteous with absolutely no loud radios helps โyou to forget any work is going on.

Carpentry and Joinery
I am often asked to design and build bespoke storage such as built-in wardrobes, shelving and display cabinets. Using quality tools with the latest dust extraction systems, disruption and mess are kept to a minimum.
Bathrooms and Kitchens
Over the years I have been commissioned to fit many kitchens and bathrooms. Whether you have a room needing a refresh or a full refurbishment in mind, I am here to help you through the process and leave you with a stunning showpiece.
Interior Painting and Decorating
Let me turn tired rooms into places of comfort and pride. There are some beautiful paints on the market and with careful surface preparation and attention to detail, many of my client's homes have been transformed.
Stone, Ceramic and Porcelain Tiling
As well as fitting tiles, I am also able to help and advise with the supply of your new tiles. Advice on substrate suitability, underfloor heating and finishing touches can make all the difference for a stunning finish.
